Downspout cleaning & unclogging in Leaside

Leaside downspouts empty onto small lots. Toronto's downspout disconnection bylaw means most spouts here discharge onto the ground instead of into the sewer, often into a narrow side yard between two houses, so a short or misaimed extension puts roof water against a basement wall. On three-storey rebuilds, a single tall downspout drains a big roof, and a blocked elbow at the bottom sends the whole flow over the gutter edge. On the original homes, the downspouts are often as old as the gutters, and loose sections at the elbows are the first thing we check.
