How much does gutter cleaning cost in Toronto?

Most Toronto homes pay between $299 and $499 for a full gutter and eavestrough cleaning, before HST. A one-storey townhouse sits at the low end and a three-storey detached home at the top. A heavily treed lot adds $20, and taking guards off and putting them back adds $40. You see one confident price before you book, never a range.

$399 for a two-storey detached home, $369 for a semi-detached and $349 for a townhouse, before HST. That covers hand-clearing every run, flushing every downspout, hauling the debris away and before/after photos.

A one-storey home is the lowest price on the matrix: $299 for a townhouse, $319 semi-detached and $339 detached, before HST.

Yes. Every downspout is flushed and flow-tested on every visit at no extra charge, because a clean trough still overflows if the spout below it is packed.

Twice a year for most homes: late spring and late fall. Homes under heavy maples or backing onto a ravine often want a mid-fall touch-up too.

$449 for a one-storey and $549 for a two-storey large or estate home, before HST. Three-storey estate homes get a custom quote so the access is planned properly, and you still hear back quickly.

We do not charge by the foot or by the hour. Your price comes from home type and storeys, which is what really sets the ladder time, so you get one fixed price instead of a tape-measure estimate: $299 to $549 for the whole house, downspouts included.

Our gutter-face wash is a $99 add-on to any cleaning. We hand-wash the front face of the eavestrough to lift the black streaks, so it looks new from the curb.

The base clean covers the eavestroughs and downspouts. Roof debris blow-off is a $59 add-on: leaves and grit come off the roof and out of the valleys, and anything that lands in the troughs is cleared before the flush. We never pressure wash shingles.

Minor repairs start at $89: loose hangers, leaking seams and corners, sagging runs. They are priced on site and you approve the price before we start.

Height and home type set the base price, because they set the ladder time. Guards already on the house add the time to take them off and put them back, and a heavily treed lot means more debris. Add-ons like roof debris blow-off are optional.

Only for repair items you approve first. The cleaning price you see, plus HST, is what you pay. Anything priced on site is optional and confirmed before we start.
