Eavestrough cleaning and repair in Vaughan
Vaughan grew fast, but Woodbridge, Maple, and Kleinburg kept their mature trees while the new subdivisions grew their own. We clean eavestroughs across all of it, from estate lots on the Humber to fresh two-storeys near the subway extension.

The trees that clog your gutters
Kleinburg and old Woodbridge sit against the Humber valley, so oak and maple debris is constant. Newer subdivisions planted fast-growing maples and lindens that are now tall enough to fill gutters every fall.
The homes we service here
Large two-storey detached homes dominate, with estate lots in Kleinburg and infill towns near Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Bigger footprints mean longer gutter runs, which is exactly what the price matrix accounts for.
When to book in Vaughan
Vaughan's newer subdivisions behave predictably: the maples and lindens of Vellore Village and Thornhill Woods drop through late October, and a single early-November clean carries most of those homes. The Humber valley does not cooperate. Kleinburg and old Woodbridge lots backing the ravine take debris in every wind, all season, so valley homes run the two-clean rhythm with a mid-fall touch-up in heavy years. The builder-grade downspouts in the newer blocks argue for booking before the first big drop, not after it.
What the job involves in Vaughan
Vaughan jobs are measured in linear feet. Wide two-storey footprints with double-garage rooflines mean long runs and more downspouts per house than the GTA average, and the matrix carries most of it — $399 for a two-storey detached, $549 for estate homes at two storeys — while Kleinburg's larger properties get custom quotes so the right crew arrives the first time. Valley-backing rears get special attention: they fill two or three times for every once the street side does, and the photo report always covers them.
