Pricing

Prices run from $299 for a one-storey townhouse to $499 for a three-storey detached home, before HST. Large and estate homes are $449 at one storey and $549 at two, with a custom quote at three storeys. You always see one confident price before you book.

You pay for a uniformed, insured crew, safe ladder setup, a downspout flush every time, debris hauled away, and photo proof of the finished work. It is a full operation, not a favour.

At the job's halfway point, by Interac e-Transfer (the payment request email tells you how) or cash to the crew on site. It is $0 to book and no card is ever needed.

Yes. Taking guards off and putting them back takes time, so a cleaning on a home that already has guards adds $40. A heavily treed lot adds $20 for the extra debris. Your quote shows both before you book.

Scheduling

Twice a year for most homes: late spring after the seeds drop, and late fall after the leaves are down. Heavily treed lots may want a mid-fall touch-up.

Under GTA trees, yes. A clogged eavestrough spills a roof's worth of rain onto the fascia and the soil beside your foundation, and in winter the trapped water freezes into ice dams. Two cleanings a year cost far less than the fascia, basement or ice-dam repairs they prevent.

Late fall books out fast. Reserve your slot early. Crew Plan members get priority fall scheduling before the rush.

We work safe. If conditions are unsafe we call you and rebook the next clear slot at no charge.

No. As long as we can reach the gutters we can do the job and send your photos. Many customers are at work when we roll.

Photo proof

Before and after photos of your actual gutters, sent to your inbox after every job. You see exactly what was cleared.

Reviews belong on Google, where customers write them and we cannot edit them. We do not copy reviews onto this site or write our own. What you get from us is the work itself: before and after photos of your own eavestroughs after every job.

The work

Yes. It needs taller ladders and more setup time, so it is priced higher, but it is routine.

Yes, on every cleaning. Clearing the gutter without testing the spout is only half the job.

No. We bag debris as we go, protect beds and walkways, and haul the mess away.

Yes. We carry liability coverage and WSIB. A certificate of insurance is available on request for property managers.

Let us know about pets when you book. We keep gates closed and gear off walkways so your animals stay safe and in.

Guards vs cleaning

Guards reduce how often you clean, but they do not end it. Fine grit and seeds still collect, so plan on a yearly check even with guards.

Yes. We take them off, clean under them, put them back and flush every downspout. Your quote shows what that adds before you book: $40.

Crew Plan and commercial

A twice-a-year maintenance plan: late spring and late fall visits, 15% off every visit, priority fall scheduling, free downspout checks, and a photo report both times.

Yes. We offer bulk scheduling across sites, consolidated invoicing, and a certificate of insurance on request. See the commercial page.
